FAQs

For an effective cure, we advise you to consume moringa daily. But of course these recommendations depend on your state of fatigue as well as your body.

As an infusion, we recommend consuming 2 to 3 cups of Moringa infusion per day. That is 2 teaspoons per cup or 4 teaspoons for 1 teapot.

Moringa does not contain an atom of caffeine or theine and it does not stain teeth. Unlike tea or other caffeinated drinks, Moringa does not cause fatigue at the end of the day.

This is also why its energizing virtues are so prized, and why it is a powerful ally for people with a fast pace of life or people lacking energy.

Moringa is considered a safe food. It is particularly recommended for stunted children and breastfeeding women by the FAO, the United Nations agriculture program.

However, we recommend avoiding Moringa in pregnant women in the last trimester of pregnancy. This precaution for use is linked to the high level of vitamin A in Moringa which can cause uterine contractions.

Moringa leaves are used in infusion, hot or cold, or in maceration. It is also possible to cook them in broth or add them to salads.
